Abdullah Miniawy (born in 1994) is a multifaceted Egyptian artist — writer, composer, singer, and actor. In recent years, he has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Erik Truffaz, Kamilya Jubran, Yom, Médéric Collignon, Aly Talibab, A Filetta, Hvad, Ziúr, Simo Cell, Le Cri du Caire, and many others.

In 2023, he won a Victoire du Jazz (World Music Album) with Le Cri du Caire for their self-titled album, created in collaboration with Erik Truffaz.

Today, Abdullah Miniawy reinvents himself — solo, like a beautifully bare and dreamlike peacock, and in trio, accompanied by two blazing trombones. Dreams woven from finely crafted verses in classical Arabic, then embroidered in the style of a Sufi storyteller, filled with newfound sensualities and shaped by joyful paradoxes.
